Capt. John will be the guest speaker for the Backcountry Fly Fishing Association’s July meeting. The meeting will be held on the 8th of July at the O’Boy’s BBQ restaurant in Winter Park FL just North of downtown Orlando. See our website (Backcountry Fly Fishing Orlando dot com) for directions.
You can arrive anytime after 6 PM and enjoy dinner and or a drink at the restaurant with the club business discussed just after 7PM and our speaker soon after that.
Our speaker is a full time fly fishing guide that calls Stuart, Fl his home base. Capt. John was a one time BFA member who obviously found the Stuart Inlet and fishery to good to resist. All you have to do is to read his Blog at Stuart Flygishing dot com and see why he and his clients love the area. Anglers are provided with the opportunity to fish with fly, live or artificial baits.
Capt. John will share a slide show documenting his client’s angeling successes. A question and answer session will follow his presentation. You will see Tarpon, Jack Crevalle, Reds, Snook and Permit. The photos are of professional quality and I’m the proud owner of one myself.
